REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

If guests wish to cancel the service they have booked, they must notify us, or the agency through which the trip was booked, via email or phone at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the departure are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to unfavorable weather or river conditions and will notify guests as soon as possible. In such cases, guests will receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule the trip to a mutually agreed date.

If the cancellation occurs due to an error or fault on our part, a full refund will be issued. However, we are not liable for any additional expenses guests may have incurred in preparation for the trip, such as flights, accommodation, or other related costs.

HEALTH AND MEDICATION

Guests must inform us before the trip of any medical conditions they may have, as well as any medications they are taking.

GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES

Guests are responsible for selecting a trip that suits their interests, fitness level, and abilities. If unsure, we encourage guests to contact us for guidance.

Guests are expected to behave responsibly and comply with all local laws. The use of illegal drugs or any violation of Croatian law is strictly prohibited.

For safety reasons, the instructor reserves the right to deny boarding to any individual who is deemed a risk to the safety of the group. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

We reserve the right to modify the itinerary, when necessary, either to enhance the guest experience or to ensure smooth operations. We are not liable for changes or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control.

We do not accept responsibility for any loss, damage, accidents, injuries, or fatalities that may occur during the trip.
